FH Premiums is a small family business. We only sell what we use in our own kitchen.
Sun, not a machine
Most commercial dried produce goes through a machine oven at speed. It is cheaper and faster, but the heat strips the colour and flattens the aroma. We use the older method — open sun, over several days, on clean raised racks.
Sealed the same day
Once something is dried, moisture is the enemy. That is why we vacuum seal the same day — so the flavour the sun built does not quietly leak away on a shelf.
Common questions
- Do these contain preservatives?
- No. Nothing is added — no preservatives, no artificial colour, no added sugar.
- How long do they keep?
- Twelve months sealed, in a cool dry place. Once opened, use within six months.
- How long does delivery take?
- Two to three days to major cities, three to five days elsewhere in Pakistan.
- Can I pay on delivery?
- Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship — pay the rider when it arrives.
