Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, city and any notes. We never collect card or bank details — payment is cash on delivery only.

Your IP address is used briefly for security, to block fake and abusive orders.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, contact you to confirm it, and handle exchanges.

FH Premiums does not sell or rent your information. We share only what is needed for delivery with our courier partner.

Cart and cookies

Your cart is stored in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Storage and retention

Orders are stored on Cloudflare’s secure infrastructure and kept only as long as needed for accounting, delivery and exchanges.
